- Local First: Your work logs, job settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device by default.
- Optional Cloud Sync: Cloud backup is completely optional. If enabled, your data is securely stored using Google Firebase.
- No Ads: We do not show third-party ads or sell your data to advertisers.
2. Data We Collect
Information you provide:
- Work history (start times, end times, break durations)
- Job details (job names, hourly rates, colors)
- Settings (theme preferences, currency symbols)
Account Information (Optional):
If you choose to use Cloud Backup, we collect your email address and basic profile information from your Google account to authenticate you and secure your data.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To calculate your work hours and earnings within the app.
- To display statistics and charts about your work patterns.
- To back up your data to the cloud (only if you opt-in).
- To improve the app's stability and performance.
4. Data Sharing & Export
CSV Export: You can export your data to a CSV file at any time. This file is generated on your device and you control how it is shared (e.g., via email, messaging apps, or file storage).
Third Parties: We use Google Firebase for authentication and database services if you enable cloud features. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
5. Data Deletion
You can delete your local data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. If you use cloud backup, you can request account deletion by contacting us.
